How do I receive the Customer Appreciation Sale discount?

*For a new subscription order or one-time order, the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

**For an existing subscription order, to receive discount you must first log in.

If you are not sure how to log in, please visit the FAQ section "how do I log in?"

Once you are logged in and are on the "My Account" page, you can then click the green "manage subscription" link where you will then see many options to edit your subscription.

If you are on a desktop computer, this link is to the right-hand side. If you are on a mobile device you will need to scroll down to find the "manage subscription" link, directly below the list of your recent purchases.

On the "Manage Subscriptions Page" you can scroll down to see a "Discount codes" section.

When you click and expand that section you can then type in the discount code "CUSTAPP20" into the box labeled "new discount code." Be sure to click the blue box "apply discount" to confirm.

***PLEASE NOTE: Subscription orders process at 6AM EST. Discount codes must be entered prior to order processing to receive discount.

For Example: If your order is set to process on November 25, discount code must be entered on November 24.

How do I log in?

To login and edit your subscription details, first visit https://naturallyunleashed.com/account/login

If you have never logged in and/or have never created a password you will need to select “create new account.”

Although you are getting email notifications about your orders, you will still need to click "create new account" when visiting our login page. This is so that you can create a password, and then access your order information.

Be sure to use the email address to which you receive order updates when setting up your account, as that is the one associated with your subscription.

Once you create your account you will be able to see all past orders, and edit upcoming orders.

How do I edit my order date?

To edit your order date, please first log in. If you are not sure how to log in, please visit the FAQ section "how do I log in?"

Once you are logged in and are on the "My Account" page, you can then click the green "manage subscription" link where you will then see many options to edit your subscription.

If you are on a desktop computer, this link is to the right-hand side. If you are on a mobile device you will need to scroll down to find the "manage subscription" link, directly below the list of your recent purchases.

On the "Manage Subscriptions Page" you will see your subscription details as well as the text "Next order date" and a link to "change date."

Once you click that link you can select your preferred date, then be sure to click "save changes."

If you need to update your order frequency, click "change frequency" in the Order Frequency section of your Manage Subscriptions Page. Once you edit the frequency number and interval of time, be sure to click "save changes."

Before navigating away from the Manage Subscriptions Page, double check that both your next order date and order frequency details are correct.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you change the order frequency information first, that doe NOT automatically update your next order date. You will still need to click and edit your next order date.

Why is the system telling me I do not have an account?

Although you are getting email notifications about your orders, you may have never logged into your dashboard and thus have not created a password.

To do so, please first visit https://naturallyunleashed.com/account/login

If you have never logged in and/or have never created a password you will need to select “create new account.”

How do I edit, remove or add items on my subscription?

To edit your items, please first log in. If you are not sure how to log in, please visit the FAQ section "how do I log in?"

Once you are logged in and are on the "My Account" page, you can then click the green "manage subscription" link where you will then see many options to edit your subscription.

If you are on a desktop computer, this link is to the right-hand side. If you are on a mobile device you will need to scroll down to find the "manage subscription" link, directly below the list of your recent purchases.

On the "Manage Subscriptions Page" you can scroll down to see a "products in your subscription" section. When you click and expand that section you can then remove or edit the quantities of those items.

To add a new item to your subscription, use the search bar at the top of the website to navigate to your preferred product page.

Once on the product page, select the quantity and frequency that you would like for this item, and then click the green "add to existing subscription" button.

How do I update my address?

To edit your address, please first log in. If you are not sure how to log in, please visit the FAQ section "how do I log in?"

Once you are logged in and are on the "My Account" page, you can then click the green "manage subscription" link where you will then see many options to edit your subscription.

If you are on a desktop computer, this link is to the right-hand side. If you are on a mobile device you will need to scroll down to find the "manage subscription" link, directly below the list of your recent purchases.

On the "Manage Subscriptions Page" you can scroll down to see a "address and shipping information" section.

When you click and expand that section you can then edit both your billing and shipping addresses.

IMPORTANT STEP:

After you edit your address, please navigate back to the "My Account" page. Below your name and email address there is a section titled "Default Address."

Please click "view addresses" and be sure to delete any old addresses on your account so as to avoid shipment to the wrong location.

How do I update my credit card?

Once you are logged in and are on the "My Account" page, you can then click the green "manage subscription" link where you will then see many options to edit your subscription.

How do I pause my subscription?

Why has my order not shipped?

Please note, orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Orders that are placed on a non-business day will not be processed until the following business day.

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In some circumstances that are outside of our control, some orders may experience extending shipping delays for reasons such as inventory restrictions, carrier transportation delays and/or the rare instance that the carrier has lost a package in transit.

If you feel you are experiencing an unusually extended delay on your order, please contact us.

Can I cancel or my order?

Once an order has been submitted, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or edit your order.
