Online Store Closure - Jan 31, 2024

We hope this message finds you well. Since launching our online store in 2018, your support and loyalty have been the cornerstone of Naturally Unleashed's growth. Serving a diverse community of pet owners, both near and far, has been a journey filled with gratitude and learning.

Today, we must share a significant change. With a heavy heart, we've decided to close our online store effective after January 31. This decision comes in light of escalating shipping and vendor costs, making our online operations unsustainable.

This change, unfortunately, means we might not be able to serve many of you, especially our valued long-distance customers, in the way we have in the past. This aspect of our decision deeply saddens us, as it feels as if we are saying goodbye to cherished members of our Naturally Unleashed family.

However, for our local customers, we are excited to share that we will continue to offer local delivery and curbside pickup. However, moving forward local delivery and curbside will be supported by a new system and thus we will temporarily have to suspend this offering. 

We anticipate the transfer to be finalized in the coming weeks, for local customers to access via our online platform. We're committed to continuing our service locally with the same dedication and quality you've come to expect.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Final Online Orders: Our online store will accept and fulfill orders through January 31. We encourage you to make any final purchases before this date.
  • Local Delivery and Curbside Pickup: Keep an eye out for our upcoming local delivery and curbside pickup services, details of which will be announced shortly.
  • Support and Assistance: Our team is here to assist you. Please reach out for any questions or concerns at info@naturallyunleashed.com. If you have any open support tickets with our team, we are here to continue working through those with you. 
  • Looking Ahead: We hold onto the hope of serving you again in the future. Should our paths cross again, whether online or in-person, we eagerly await the opportunity.

Your support over these years has meant the world to us. Each order, review, and interaction has been valued and cherished.

While this is a farewell to our nationwide online services, our commitment to pet health and nutrition endures at our physical locations in Fayetteville, and soon, through our local delivery and curbside services. Should you be in the area, our doors are always open to you.
